Our facility offers a spacious 60 by 120 indoor arena. The covered, lighted arena provides a controlled safe area for beginners to ride, as well as space for riding during inclement weather and after dark. Also there is a 100 by 120 outdoor arena and a lunging area, Boulder Ridge borders the State Game Lands with miles of scenic riding and driving trails. A heated viewing lounge and large tack room with lockers makes it easy for clients and parents to relax and enjoy.

Owner/Trainer Ivorie Fors has had the opportunity to work at a variety of different stables. Growing up with Arabians, Ivorie’s family owned a breeding, showing and training stable. The main interest being pure Polish Arabians, imported directly from Europe. Ivorie has a diverse background and has worked and trained with many stables, including a hunter/dressage stable, a Morgan stable, a Quarterhorse farm, and a Saddlebred stable. Ivorie was lucky enough to marry her husband Jim Fors who built what is known today as Boulder Ridge Equestrian Center. Ivorie still enjoys the saddle type horse, but likes the variety and challenges of all breeds. Ivorie has attended many clinics, seminars and classes, having received her Equine Management Certification from Cornell University
